What does a tenant representative do?
We represent your business — not the landlord — in finding, evaluating and negotiating commercial space. That includes market research, outreach to owners, tours, comparing options, and negotiating the lease itself.
Is it worth having a representative for a small space?
Small spaces often come with the least standard leases. Clauses like assignment, exclusivity and personal guarantees matter as much at 1,000 square feet as at 10,000.
Can you help with a renewal instead of a move?
Yes. Knowing what else is available is the strongest leverage in a renewal, and we bring it to the table even if you plan to stay.
Do you also represent landlords?
We do lease property for owners. If a space you're considering is one we represent, we tell you before you tour it and disclose it in writing.
